I, on the recommendation of the Minister for Education, make the following order under section 39(3) of the TAFE Tasmania Act 1997 .24 August 2001

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the TAFE Tasmania Order (No. 2) 2001 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 5 September 2001. 3InterpretationIn this order – Act means the TAFE Tasmania Act 1997 ; TAFE Tasmania means TAFE Tasmania established under section 5 of the Act. 4Exemption from State charges, taxes or dutiesTAFE Tasmania is exempted from any liability to pay any State charges, taxes or duties in respect of the Crown land vested in TAFE Tasmania by virtue of the order under section 39(1) of the Act published in the Gazette on 5 September 2001.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
