  1. This application for special leave to appeal requires an extension of time.  An extension of time would be futile.

  2. The application gives rise to no question of principle which would justify the grant of special leave.  In any event, the proposed appeal to this Court does not have any prospects of success.  The application should be dismissed. 

  3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
