SZUAT & ORS

v

MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION AND BORDER PROTECTION & ANOR

[2016] HCASL 109
S74/2016

  1. The applicants have not identified a question of law sufficient to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal and otherwise advance no arguable ground of appeal against the decision of Farrell J of the Federal Court of Australia.  An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospect of success.

  2. As the applicants are not represented, the matter falls to be dealt with under r 41.10 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth). Pursuant to r 41.10.5, we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
