1. This is an application for special leave to appeal against orders of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Perram, Perry and Thawley JJ) allowing an appeal against orders made by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Judge Driver).

2. The application does not raise an issue of public importance or general principle sufficient to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. The application should be dismissed.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
