REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

1. In this matter the applicant, who claims to be a citizen of Indonesia, did not attend the hearing before the Tribunal and has not attended at the directions hearing that was scheduled for today.  The applicant would have been aware of the directions hearing because that date was placed into the application when she presented it to the court.

2. In those circumstances, I propose to dismiss the matter pursuant to Part 13, Rule 13.03C(1)(c) of the Federal Magistrates Court Rules 2001 (Cth), and order that the applicant pay the respondent’s costs, which I assess in the sum of $500.00.
