  1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal against the orders of a single judge of the Federal Court of Australia (Bennett J) dismissing an appeal against orders of the Federal Magistrates Court.  The Federal Magistrate (Scarlett FM) had dismissed the applicant's claim for relief directed to the Refugee Review Tribunal with respect to its decision to affirm the refusal to grant the applicant a protection (Class XA) visa.

  2. The applicant did not take up the Tribunal's invitation to attend to give evidence and make submissions to it.

  3. The decisions of the courts below are not attended by doubt.

  4. Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
