v
MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION AND CITIZENSHIP & ANOR
[2008] HCASL 596
S424/2008
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal against the order of a single judge of the Federal Court of Australia (North J) dismissing an appeal against orders of the Federal Magistrates Court. The Federal Magistrate (Smith FM) had dismissed the applicant's claim for relief under s 39B of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth), and associated relief, with respect to the decision of the Refugee Review Tribunal to affirm the refusal to grant the applicant a protection (Class XA) visa.
The applicant advances no arguable ground for the grant of special leave to appeal. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of North J.
Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
