SZJYR & ORS
v
MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION AND CITIZENSHIP & ANOR
[2008] HCASL 343
S102/2008
The applicants, citizens of India, seek special leave to appeal against the orders of a single judge of the Federal Court of Australia (Middleton J) dismissing the applicants' appeal against orders of the Federal Magistrates Court (Nicholls FM). The Federal Magistrate had dismissed an application for judicial review of a decision of the Refugee Review Tribunal affirming the refusal to grant the applicants protection visas.
The applicants have not identified any arguable error in the reasons of Middleton J. An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospects of success.
Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
