REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

  1. The applicant in this matter seeks a review of a decision of the Refugee Review Tribunal made on 22 May 2006. The application was filed on 5 July 2006. On 10 August 2006 the applicant attended a callover before Registrar Lackenby and the case was set down for hearing today for 2.15pm. The applicant was not present at 2.15pm today. She was not present when her name was called outside the court at 2.30pm. I order that the application be dismissed pursuant to Part 13 rule 13.03A(c) of the Federal Magistrates Court Rules2001.

  2. I order that the applicant pay the First Respondent’s costs in the sum of $2,200.00. The name of the First Respondent will be amended to “Minister for Immigration and Citizenship”.
