  1. The applicant is a citizen of the People's Republic of China.  The Refugee Review Tribunal upheld a decision of a delegate of the first respondent to refuse a protection visa.  The Tribunal found that the applicant had not been truthful, and had fabricated her claims.

  2. The Federal Magistrates Court (Scarlett FM) dismissed an application for judicial review.  The Federal Court of Australia (Flick J) dismissed an appeal.

  3. The papers filed by the applicant in support of her application for special leave to appeal to this Court seek to characterise various factual complaints as errors of law, and complain of bias.  There are no errors of law and no bias.

  4. The application is dismissed.

  5. Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application for special leave.
