HAYNE J: The applicants, husband, wife and children, seek special leave to appeal against orders of the Federal Court of Australia (Kenny J) dismissing their appeal to that Court against orders of the Federal Magistrates Court (Lloyd‑Jones FM). The Federal Magistrate had dismissed the applicants' claim for relief under s 39B of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth) directed to the Refugee Review Tribunal in respect of its decision to affirm the refusal to grant the applicants protection visas.
The applicants make no arguable case of jurisdictional error by the Tribunal. An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospect of success.
Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application. I publish that disposition.
AT 9.15 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
