MS WATSON:   I do not think the applicant is here.  Perhaps the matter could be called.

HIS HONOUR:   Call the matter outside the Court, please.

HIS HONOUR:   All right.  This is an application for reinstatement of a special leave to appeal that has been deemed abandoned.  The matter was listed for 2.15 pm today.  When the matter was called there was no appearance by or for the first applicant or the second applicant.  The order I make is that the application be dismissed with costs.
