Sydney Water (Stormwater Drainage Areas) Order 2011 (NSW)

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 65 of the Sydney Water Act 1994, make the following Order.

This Order is the Sydney Water (Stormwater Drainage Areas) Order 2011.
This Order commences on 1 July 2012.
In this Order—
Any order in force (or taken to be in force) under section 65 of the Act on the commencement of this Order is repealed.
For the purposes of section 65 (1) of the Act, each area specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 (being the area shown edged heavy red on the map specified opposite that area in Column 2 of that Schedule) is declared to be a stormwater drainage area.
