(Area of Operations) Order 1999

Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998

GORDON SAMUELS , Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 20 (2) of the Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998, make the Order that the area of operations of the Sydney Catchment Authority is varied, and is the inner catchment area and the outer catchment area as declared by the Governor in accordance with section 41 (1) and (2) of the Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to vary the Sydney Catchment Authority’s Area of Operations so that it comprises the inner catchment area and outer catchment area as referred to in section 41 (1) and (2) of the Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998.

This Order is made under section 20 (2) of that Act.
