SYDNEY WATER CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT ACT 1998

No 171-PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 January 1999 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	Parts 1 and 2,
(b)	section 73 in its application to Part 1 of Schedule 6,
(c)	section 74,
(d)	Schedules 1 and 2 and Part 1 of Schedule 6.
