I, the Minister for Planning, in pursuance of section 51 of the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, make the regional environmental plan set out below.

PART 1—INTRODUCTION

Title

1. This plan may be called Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No.

26—City West (Amendment No. 2—14–20 Mount Street, Pyrmont).

Aim of this plan

3. The aim of this plan is to establish development controls of regional significance for development of the land to which this plan applies, which was excluded from the application of Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No. 26—City West.

Relationship to other environmental planning instruments

4. Sydney Local Environmental Plan No. 30 is repealed to the extent

that it would otherwise apply to 14–20 Mount Street, Pyrmont.

PART 2—AMENDMENTS

Amendment of Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No. 26—City

West

5. Sydney Local Environmental Plan No. 26—City West is amended:

by inserting in Schedule 1 in the definition of “Map 2” after the words “Sheet 1—Ultimo-Pyrmont Precinct—Land Use Zones” the words “Sheet 1—Ultimo-Pyrmont Precinct—Land Use Zones (Amendment No. 1)”.

by inserting in Schedule 1 in the definition of “Map 3” after the

words “Sheet 1—Ultimo-Pyrmont Precinct—Permissible Building

Heights’’ the words “Sheet 1—Ultimo-Pyrmont Precinct—

Permissible Building Heights (Amendment No. 1)”.
