SCHEDULE 5 Heritage items under the heading Warringah Council Area of the abovementioned plan published at page 1355 of Government Gazette No. 50 of 25 March 1994.

Should have included after the reference to the words:

“Former Killarney Picnic Ground—partially Garigal National Park, partially Mosman Rowing Club, Killarney Drive, Killarney Heights”

and shall always be taken to have included a reference to the heading

“Willoughby Council Area”.
