of the present year and the first half of the (msuing year Be it there­ fore enacted hy His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales hy and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows :—

Rate of 4d. in the

1. The Commissioners of the City of Sydney shall for the now currcut half year a rate of four-pence in the pound on the whole of the property in the said City according to its present assessed valui'.

and of 3d. in the
