Act No. 23, 1969.

An Act to make further provision with respect to the cost of the Sydney Opera House; for this purpose to amend the Sydney Opera House Act, 1960­ 1967; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 2nd April, 1969.]

T>E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by ^ and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows; —

(2) The Sydney Opera House Act, 1960, as subse- ■quently amended and as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Sydney Opera House Act, 1960-1969.

2. (1) The Sydney Opera House Act, 1960-1967,

amended by omitting subsection four of section two and by 29, i960. ’

inserting in lieu thereof the following subsection:— Sec. 2. (Work

carrying out the said work is eighty-five million dollars.

(2) The Sydney Opera House (Amendment) Act, Amendment

1966, is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of section two.
