“ Institution in Georyc-strcct South Sydney and to ■purchase other Land

“ and erect neio Buildings in connection with the objects o f the said

“ Society in a more convenient situation and fo r other purposes therein

and Legislative Council in ihe nineti'enth year of the reign of Her

])resent Majesty to amend the .said recited Act And Aviier(>as it is

('xpedient and necessary to amend the said Acts hy extending the ])o\v(!rs and authorities thereby conferred so as to authorize a re-sahi of the land jiurchased under tlic said poAvers and authorities and to make the said ]iowers and authorities applicable to any land hereafter t o he ])urcliased for the purposes mentioned in the said recited Acts or acquired hy or for the henetit of the said Institution Be it there­ fore enacted hy tlie Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty hy and Avith tlie advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of N cav South Wales in Parliament assembled and hy the autliority of the same as folloAVs—
