1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan (Green Square Town Centre—

Stage 2) 2013 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	105–115 Portman Street, Zetland, being Lot 3 in DP 1181144,
(b)	301–303 Botany Road, Zetland, being Lots 100 and 101 in DP 1204112 (including, in particular, that part of Lot 100 in DP 1204112 that is below existing ground level and above the Green Square station concourse).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Sydney Local Environmental Plan (Green Square Town Centre—Stage 2) 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
