1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan (Green Square Town Centre) 2013

(Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 355 and 377–497 Botany Road and 956–960 Bourke Street,

Zetland.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Sydney Local Environmental Plan (Green Square Town Centre) 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Sydney Local Environmental Plan (Green Square Town Centre) 2013

(1) Clause 4.4A Exceptions to floor space ratio

Omit “or (c)” from clause 4.4A (2). Insert instead “, (c) or (d)”.

(2)	Clause 4.4A (2) (a)
Omit “48,600 square metres”. Insert instead “44,400 square metres”.
(3)	Clause 4.4A (2) (d)
Insert after clause 4.4A (2) (c):

(d) Area 4, office premises or business premises, entertainment facilities and child care centres—additional floor space not exceeding 4,200 square metres.
