2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

This Plan applies to the following land at 92–98 Brougham Street, Potts Point—

(b)	Lot 1, DP 904094,
(c)	SP 17354,
(d)	Lot 100, DP 613011.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering—

Use of certain land at 92–98 Brougham Street, Potts Point

This clause applies to the following land at 92–98 Brougham Street,

(b)	Lot 1, DP 904094,
(c)	SP 17354,
(d)	Lot 100, DP 613011.

Development for the purposes of hotel or motel accommodation is

permitted with development consent.
