1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 55).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(a)

Lot B, DP 308922, Lot 5, DP 309149, Lot 1, DP 314957, Lot 408, DP 315228 and Lots A and B, DP 322620, being 12-22 Rothschild Avenue, Rosebery,

(b)

Lots 410 and 456, DP 7534 and Lots 1 and 2, DP 456612, being 24 Rothschild Avenue, Rosebery.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

(1)

This clause applies to 12-22 Rothschild Avenue, Rosebery, being Lot B, DP 308922, Lot 5, DP 309149, Lot 1, DP 314957, Lot 408, DP 315228 and Lots A and B, DP 322620.

(2)

Clause 6.21(7)(a) does not apply to a building on land to which this clause

applies.

24 Rothschild Avenue, Rosebery

(1)

This clause applies to 24 Rothschild Avenue, Rosebery, being Lots 410 and

456, DP 7534 and Lots 1 and 2, DP 456612.

(2)

Clauses 6.14 and 6.21 do not apply to a building on land to which this clause

applies.

(3)

Despite any other provision of this Plan, development consent must not be granted for development, on land to which this clause applies, for the purposes of residential accommodation or tourist and visitor accommodation.
