1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)	To the extent that this Plan changes the building height and floor space ratio controls for certain land, this Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 513205, 287–289 Crown Street, Surry Hills.
(2)	To the extent that this Plan corrects an error in the Floor Space Ratio Map under Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012, this Plan applies to Lots 1–10, DP 33786, 72–90 Telopea Street and Lot 22, DP 33786, 72–90A Telopea Street, Redfern.
(3)	To the extent that this Plan rezones land from Zone R1 General Residential to Zone RE1 Public Recreation under Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012, this Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 135754 and Lots 1–4, DP 1150032, 119–123 Cooper Street and Lot 1, DP 71208 and Lot 1, DP 52930, 48–50 Adelaide Street, Surry Hills.
(4)	To the extent that this Plan rezones land from Zone R1 General Residential to Zone B4 Mixed Use under Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012, this Plan applies to certain land at Belmont Street, Brennan Street, Buckland Street, Fountain Street, McEvoy Street, Mitchell Road, Power Avenue and Wyndham Street, Alexandria, as shown in the replacement maps for the Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 Land Zoning Map referred to in Column 2 of the table to clause 4.

Each map adopted by Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
