1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 45).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which clause 6.19 (1) (d)–(h) and (j) of Sydney Local

Environmental Plan 2012 applies, being certain public places in the City of Sydney

where additional overshadowing is restricted.

4      Amendment of Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012

Clause 4.6 Exceptions to development standards

Omit clause 4.6 (8) (cg). Insert instead:

(cg) clause 6.19 (1) (d)–(h) and (j), unless the additional overshadowing is caused by playground equipment, a shade structure, an awning, a sculpture or artwork, or a community notice or public information sign,
