The Greater Sydney Commission makes the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 33).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land at Pyrmont, including the following:

(a)	a road reserve known as 5010 Bowman Street, being land adjoining 2, 4 and 6–50 Bowman Street,
(b)	Lot 93, DP 1182885, 11 Bowman Street,
(c)	SP 86806, being part of 15 Bowman Street and part of 2 Distillery Drive,
(d)	part of CP and part of Lots 1–132, SP 84689, being part of 25 Bowman Street and part of 4 Distillery Drive,
(e)	SP 76418, 35 Bowman Street,
(f)	SP 65564, being parts of 62, 64, 66, 68, 70 and 72 Bowman Street and parts of 35, 37, 39, 41, 43, 45, 47, 49 and 51 Refinery Drive,
(g)	a road reserve along Distillery Drive, comprising Lot 89, DP 270215 (6010 Distillery Drive) and adjoining 15 and 25 Bowman Street, 1 Distillery Drive and 5 Tambua Street,
(h)	SP 86684, 1 Distillery Drive,

(i)      Lot 92, DP 1182887, 1A Distillery Drive,

(j)	Lot 90, DP 270215 (formerly Lot 90, DP 1186529), 3 Distillery Drive,
(k)	SP 82306, 5 Tambua Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
