1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 28).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Sydney:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 85252, 115 Clarence Street,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 58120 and Lot 1, DP 69420 (SP 18406), 123–129 Clarence Street (and 252–258 Kent Street),
(c)	Lot 2, DP 168428, 185 Clarence Street,
(d)	Lot 1, DP 55298 and Lot 1, DP 71333, 193–195 Clarence Street,
(e)	Lot A, DP 939220, 426–430 Kent Street.

4      Amendment of Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “I2272”, “I2274”, “I2273”, “I2275” and “I2276” from Part 1.

Insert instead “I2272*”, “I2274*”, “I2273*”, “I2275*” and “I2276*”, respectively.
