This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 24).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 120, DP 594467, 120 Victoria Street, Potts Point.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 5:

6      Use of certain land at 120 Victoria Street, Potts Point

This clause applies to land at 120 Victoria Street, Potts Point, being

Lot 120, DP 594467.

Development for the purposes of hotel or motel accommodation is

permitted with development consent.
