1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land within Ultimo-Pyrmont to which Sydney

Local Environmental Plan 2005 applies.

4 Amendment of Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2005

Clause 118 Definitions

Omit “Affordable Housing Revised City West Housing Program adopted by the Minister in May 2002” from the definition of Affordable Housing Program.

Insert instead “Revised City West Affordable Housing Program published by the NSW Government in 2010”.
