An Act to amend the Sydney Harbour Trust Act, 1900, so as to facilitate the bringing of certain resumed land under the Real Property Act, 1900. [Assented to, 14th December, 1979.]

Sydney Harbour Trust {Amendment).

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.          This Act may be cited as the “Sydney Harbour Trust Short

(Amendment) Act, 1979”.

2 .      (1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the date Commence-

of assent to this Act.	n̂ ent.
(2) Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act shall commence on the day appointed and notified pursuant to section 2 (2) of the Real Property (Computer Register) Amendment Act, 1979.

3 .          The Sydney Harbour Trust Act, 1900, is amended by Amendment

inserting after section 27 the following section :— i9o\^°

Sec. 27a.

27a . Where a resumption application relating to land vested Certain

in the commissioners pursuant to section 27 has been lodged

under section 31a (2 ) of the Real Property Act, 1900, with withdrawn

the Registrar-General, a proclamation under section 28 published in the Gazette after the commencement of this section may not withdraw that land from the commissioners.
