T 3E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, r # by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title	1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the “ Sj'dney Harbour (2) The Sydney Harbour Trust Act, 1900-1935, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the Sydney Harbour Trust Act, 1900-1941.

Amendment	2 . The Sydney Harbour Trust Act, 1900-1935, as

1,1901.	amended by subsequent Acts, is amended by inserting at
Sec. 101.	the end of section one hundred and one the following new ‘ ‘ In this section a reference to a municipality shall include and shall be deemed always to have included a reference to the City of Sydney and a reference to a council or to a council of a municipality shall include and shall be deemed always to have included a reference to the council of the City of Sydney.”
