MARITIME SERVICES ACT 1935 - REGULATION

(Relating to opening and closing times of Middle Harbour (The Spit) Bridge)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Sydney Harbour Trust Act 1900 and the Maritime Services Act 1935, has been pleased to approve the Regulation made by the Maritime Services Board of New South Wales and set forth hereunder.

The Maritime Services Board of New South Wales, in pursuance of the Sydney Harbour Trust Act 1900 and the Maritime Services Act 1935, hereby makes the following Regulation:

Commencement

1. This Regulation takes effect on 27 August 1990.

Amendment

2. The Port of Sydney Regulations are amended:

(a)	by omitting Regulation 75A (a) and by inserting instead the following paragraph:
(a) on Mondays to Fridays, inclusive (except on public holidays), at the following times:

10.15 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 2.45 p.m., 7 p.m.,

8 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.;

(b) by omitting from Regulation 75A (c) the matter "9 p.m." and by inserting instead the matter "9.30 p.m.".
