SYDNEY HARBOUR BRIDGE

(RATES) ACT.

Act No. 52, 1932.

An Act to reduce the rate imposed by section nine of the Sydney Harbour Bridge Act, 1922, as amended by subsequent Acts; to amend that Act as so amended; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 21st December, 1932.]

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . This Act may be cited as the " Sydney Harbour

Bridge (Rates) Act, 1932."

2 . The Sydney Harbour Bridge Act, 1922, as amended
, by subsequent Acts, is amended by inserting next after

' subsection one of section nine the following new subsec-

tion :—

(1A) For the year one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three and for each succeeding year the rate of one-half of a penny in the pound imposed by sub- section one of this section is hereby reduced to a rate of one-third of a penny in the pound.
