DISENDOWMENT ACT.

Act No. 31, 1931.

An Act to repeal so mucli of an Act passed in

the eighteenth year of the reign of Her late	‘	‘
Majesty, Queen Victoria, entitled an Act to incorporate and partiall} ̂endow the Sydney Grammar School as provides for the pay­ ment to the Trustees of that school of an annual endowment of fifteen hundred pounds. [Assented to, 17th August, 1931.]

1 . (1) This Act may he cited as the “ Sydney .siioi t

(2) This Act shall he deemed to have commenced upon the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

2 . Section eight of an Act passed in the eighteenth Amendmuia
