Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the “Sydney Grammar School

(Amendment) Act, 1964”.

(2) The Sydney Grammar School Act, 1854-1940, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Sydney Grammar School Act, 1854-1964.

(3) The several amendments made by subsection one of this section shall be deemed to have taken effect from such time as may be necessary to have authorised or sanc­ tioned the doing or performance of, or omission to do or perform, any act, matter or thing which but for this subsec­ tion would not have been authorised or sanctioned under any provision of the Sydney Grammar School Act, 1854-1940.
