SYDNEY GRAMMAR SCHOOL (AMENDMENT)

ACT.

Act No. 55, 1964.

Elizabeth II, An Act relating to the powers of the trustees of, and

__ matters pertaining to, the Sydney Grammar School; to amend the Sydney Grammar School Act, 1854-1940, and the Sydney Grammar School (Amendment) Act, 1940, in certain respects; to validate certain matters; and for purposes con­ nected therewith. [Assented to, 9th December, 1964.]

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as

follows: —

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the “Sydney Grammar School

(Amendment) Act, 1964”.

Amendment	2.	(1) The Sydney Grammar School (Amendment) Act,

(2) The Sydney Grammar School Act, 1854-1940, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Sydney Grammar School Act, 1854-1964.

(3) The several amendments made by subsection one of this section shall be deemed to have taken effect from such time as may be necessary to have authorised or sanc­ tioned the doing or performance of, or omission to do or perform, any act, matter or thing which but for this subsec­ tion would not have been authorised or sanctioned under any provision of the Sydney Grammar School Act, 1854-1940.

Further	4. The Sydney Grammar School Act, 1854-1940, is
