I, Michael Rueben Egan, Minister for Energy, make the following Order in pursuance of section 53A (2) of the Sydney Electricity Act 1990.

Citation

l. This Order may be cited as the Sydney Electricity (Amalgamation of

Electricity Distributors) Order 1995.

Commencement

2. This Order commences on 1 October 1995.

Transfer of staff, assets, rights and liabilities to MetNorth Energy

3. All of the staff, assets, rights and liabilities of Sydney Electricity are

transferred to MetNorth Energy.
