SYDNEY COVE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT 1968—

PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon SAMUELS, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Urban Affairs and Planning and Minister for Housing and in pursuance of section 10 (5) of the Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority Act 1968, do, by this my Proclamation amend the Act by deleting from the Second Schedule of the Act the lands referred to in the Schedule hereto and add those lands to the Fifth Schedule of the Act.

All those pieces or parcels of land situate in the City of Sydney, Parish of St. Philip and County of Cumberland, being the hatched areas on plans registered CU14/1 and GL30/1 at the office of the Sydney Cove Authority and said to be in the possession of the Council of the City of Sydney.
