the same, as follows :—

1 . This Act mav be cited as the " Sydney Corporation (Declaratory) Act,' 1918."

shall take effect as from the said day.

2 . Section 11 A of the Sydney Corporation (Amend- ment) Act, 1908, inserted in that Act by section seven of the Sydney Corporation (Amendment) (No. 2) Act. 1916, is amended by substituting for " t h e passing of this A c t " the words " the thirteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen." This amendment
