relation to voting by post at elections of aldermen of the City of Sydney; to amend the Sydney Corporation Act, 1932-1934, and certain other Acts in certain respects; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 6th May, 1940.]

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the “ Sydney Corpora-

(2) The Sydney Corporation Act, 1932-1934, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the Sydney Corporation Act, 1932-1940.
