1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the '-'Sydney Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1025."
(2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into
operation on the seventeenth day of September, one

21. Section one hundred and forty-one of the Sydney Corporation Act, 1902. as inserted by subsection mie of section sixteen of the Sydney Corporation (Amendment) Act, l'J'24, is amended by adding the following words at the end of subsection four :—
