An Act to amend the Sydney Corporation Act, George V,

1902, in respect to the hours o f voting. No. 37.

(a)

(b) by the addition of the following proviso :— “ Provided that if at the last mentioned hour any citizens are in the polling-booth and desire to vote, the votes of such citizens shall be taken, and for that ])urpose the voting shall not close until such citizens have voted.”
