Preamble.

TT7IIER EA S by reason of an erroneous date in the two hundred

VV and thirteenth section of the “ Sydney Corporation Act of

1879” the duration of the endowment therein referred to is in terms

inconsistent Avith the date of the first quarterly payment of such

endowment and it is expedient to correct such erroneous date Be it

therefore enacted hy the Queen’s ^lost Excellent Alajesty hy and Avith

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative

Assembly of N cav South Wales in Parliament assembled and hy the

authority of the same as folioavs :—

of first quarterlj	1. The two hundred and thirteenth section of the “ Sydney day of March in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy- nine” had been therein inserted instead of the Avords “ Thirtieth day of June next.”

Short title. 2. This Act may he cited as the “ Sydney Corporation Act

Amendment Act of 1883.”
