1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Sydney Airport Curfew Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Sydney Airport Curfew Regulations

Schedule 1 amends the Sydney Airport Curfew Regulations.

1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Sydney Airport Curfew Regulations 1995.

[2]Regulations 8, 9 and 10

8Specified persons — subsection 13 (1) of the Act

For the purposes of subsection 13 (1) of the Act, each of the following persons is a specified person:

  1. (a)

    Australian Air Express Pty Ltd;

  2. (b)

    National Jet Systems Pty Ltd;

  3. (c)

    Toll Transport Pty Limited.

10Prescribed number — subsection 13 (3) of the Act

For the purposes of subsection 13 (3) of the Act, the prescribed number of take-offs and landings is:

  1. (a)

    for aircraft registered in the name of, or operated by or on behalf of, Australian Air Express Pty Ltd — 28; and

  2. (b)

    for aircraft registered in the name of, or operated by or on behalf of, National Jet Systems Pty Ltd — 28; and

  3. (c)

    for aircraft registered in the name of, or operated by or on behalf of, Toll Transport Pty Limited — 18.

1. These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 1995 No. 444.
