Act 2000 No 81—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (3) of the Sydney 2000 Games Administration Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 June 2001 as the day on which Part 4 of and Schedule 2.1 to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Sydney 2000 Games Administration Act 2000 that dissolve the Olympic Roads and Transport Authority and repeal the Olympic Roads and Transport Authority Act 1998.
