SWINE COMPENSATION
TAXATION ACT.
Act No. 9, 1935.
An Act to impose a s t a mp d u t y on certain records required to be kept under the Swine Com pensation Act, 1928-1935, in lieu of t h a t imposed by the Swine Compensation Taxat ion Act, 1928; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to , 6th March, 1935.]
BE it enacted b y the King 's Most Excellent Majesty, lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South b y and with t h e advice and consent of the Legis Wales in Par l iament assembled, and by the au thor i ty of the same, as follows :— 1. (1) This Act m a y be cited as the " Swine Com
pensat ion Taxa t ion Act, 1935 ," and shall be read a n d
construed with the Swine Compensat ion Act, 1928-1935.(2) This Act shall commence on the first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.
2. There shall be charged, levied, collected and pa id under , and subject to the provis ions of the S t a m p Duties Act, 1920-1933, upon any ins t rument specified in the Schedule to th is Ac t the du ty specified in the said Schedule, for credit of the Swine Compensat ion F u n d establ ished under the Swine Compensat ion Act, 1928- 1935, in lieu of the du ty imposed by the Swine Compen sat ion Taxa t ion Act, 1928.
