DECISION:

The parties having reached agreement and having signed terms and the tribunal being satisfied that a decision consistent with those terms would be just and equitable and otherwise proper, pursuant to section 42C of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975, the tribunal sets aside the decision under review and replaces it with a decision that:

• The rate of child support payable by Mr Swanson be varied to $10,435 for the period 1 December 2017 to 31 December 2018.
