AN ACT to authorise the excision from Reserve A7804 of certain lands comprised therein, and the disposal of such lands, and for other matters incidental thereto.

scribed in paragraphs numbered (1), (2), and (3) in Part III. of the said schedule shall be granted in fee simple to the Claremont Road Board in exchange for and upon the sur- render by the said road board to the Crown of those portions of Swan Location 537 at Swanbourne belonging to the said board, more particularly described and delineated and hatched in black on the plan in Part IV. of the said schedule, with power to the said Claremont Road Board to sell and transfer freed and discharged from any trust the land granted to the board under this section either in one lot or in several lots to any purchaser or purchasers, for such price and upon such terms and conditions as the said board may think fit : Pro- vided that the net proceeds of any such sale or sales as and when received by the said board shall forthwith be paid to the Treasurer for and on account of repayment of money ad- vanced by the Treasurer to enable the board to acquire those portions of Swan Location 537 at Swanbourne hereinboi-ore mentioned.

THE SCHEDULE.

PART 1.

All that portion of "A" Reserve 7804, containing an area of about 24 acres 2 roods 19 perches, bounded by lines starting from the intersection of the eastern alignment of Swanbourne terrace with the northern align- ment of North street, and extending northerly along the former 13 chains 90 links; thence south-easterly by the arc of a circular convex curve of 21 chains radius, 22 chains 97 links to a point in the western prolongation of the northern alignment of Clement street situate 3 chains 94 links westerly from the western alignment of Marmion street; thence easterly along the said prolongation to the latter alignment; thence southerly 4 chains 10 links along same to the northern alignment of North street aforesaid; and thence west along said alignment to the starting point.

All measurements being more or less, and the area subject to survey.

PART II.

All that portion of "A" Reserve 7804, being portion of the land de- scribed in Part I. of this schedule, containing 6 acres more or less, and hounded by lines starting from a point on the eastern alignment of Swan- bourne terrace situate 5 chains northerly from the intersection of the said alignment with the northern alignment of North street, and extending nor- therly along the former 7 chains 83 3/10th links; thence easterly by the arc of a circular convex curve of 20 chains radius 7 chains 79 links; thence southerly by a line parallel to the eastern alignment of Swanbourne ter- race aforesaid 7 chains 11 links; and thence west 7 chains 78 links to the starting point.

PART III.

All that portion of "A" Reserve 7804, being portion of the land described in Part I. of this schedule, bounded by lines starting from the intersection of the eastern alignment of Swanbourne terrace with the nor- thern alignment of North street, and extending northerly along the former 5 chains; thence east 7 chains 78 links; thence southerly by a line parallel to the eastern alignment of Swanbourne terrace aforesaid 5 chains to the northern alignment of North street aforesaid; and thence west 7 chains 78 links to the starting point.

All that portion of "A" Reserve 7804, being portion of the land described in Part I. of this schedule, bounded by lines starting from a point on the northern alignment of North street situate 8 chains 78 links east from the intersection of the said alignment with the eastern alignment of Swanbourne terrace, and extending northerly by a line parallel to the latter alignment 11 chains 78 links; thence south-easterly by the arc of a circular convex curve of 20 chain radius 11 chains 98 links to a point in the nor- thern prolongation of the western alignment of Lyons street; thence south along the said prolongation 4 chains 63 links to the northern alignment of North. street aforesaid; and thence west 10 chains 56 links to the starting. point.

(3) All that portion of "A" Reserve 7804, being portion of the land described in Part I. of this schedule, bounded by lines starting from the intersection of the western alignment of Marmion street with the northern alignment of North street, and extending west along the latter 4 ehaine! 47 6/10th links; thence north 3 chains 11 links; thence 90deg. Smin. 4 chains 49 links to the western alignment of Marmion street aforesaid; and thence southerly 3 chains 10 links to the starting point.

All bearings being true or thereabouts, the measurements more or less,

and the total area of about 14 acres being subject to survey.
