1. Citation
This proclamation is the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020
Commencement Proclamation 2021.
2. Commencement
The Swan Valley Planning Act 2020, other than Part 1 and
sections 53 to 55, 62 and 103, comes into operation on
1 August 2021.
