Swan River Trust Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Swan River Trust Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Swan River Trust
Regulations 1989*.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 Form 1 is amended in item 4(a) by deleting "Titles
Office Description".
